Navsoft Training and Development Services Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2002. Objective was to impart training to the youth so that they get employment.
Further in the year 2003 Navsoft got accreditation from Insurance Regulatory Authority of India for conducting training to Insurance Advisors. We had imparted training to approx 30,000 people who started earning with this.
Further in the year 2007 we got accreditation from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai to impact training to Debt Recovery Agents as per the guidelines of IIBF, We got emplacement HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank etc. We had imparted trainings to CA’s Advocates, Senior Police Officers, Graduates, Under Graduates. Based on our results and quality of training we got renewal every year.
Further we also conduct training for LIC for their advisors to enhance their productivity at various locations in Rajasthan. We have eight training centers at all major cities of Rajasthan
Centers: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur, Alwar, Shri Ganganagar.
Jaipur Center: We have 5 air conditioned class rooms having sitting arrangement of approx 40 people each class room.
Faculties: Very well qualified and having rich experience.
Training Programs:
- IIBF Training (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance): A certificate course for Debt Recovery Agents who have undergone 100 / 50 hours of training. RBI has also stipulated that Banks/NBFCs should insure that within a period of one year all their recovery agents should undergo the above training and obtain the certificate from IIBF.
- IRDA Training (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority): This training is for Insurance agents. Candidates should complete 50 hours of training from an IRDA approved training institution to act as Life or General Insurance agent.
- LIC Training PROT (Post Recruitment Orientation Training) LIC has recently launched a training programme called PROT. This is advanced level training for new LIC agent.
